    How do I make a purchase?
    Shopping at Brandimport.com is easy; add the selected items to your shopping bag. When you are ready to checkout simply log into your account and continue with the checkout process.

    What methods of payment does Brandimport.com accept?
    Brandimport.com currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. We are unable to accept checks, cash, money orders, or international credit cards.

    Will Brandimport.com charge sales tax on my order?
    Brandimport.com is required to collect local sales tax in states where Brandimport.com has a physical presence. We currently collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states: California

    Can I cancel my order?
    Our orders process very quickly once submitted. Please email customer service customer@brandimport.com with your request.

    Do you ship to PO boxes?
    Yes, we can ship to PO boxes. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

    How can I track my order?
    Tracking your order with Brandimport.com is easy! You can track the status of your order through My Account. Simply log in and click track my order.

    When will my order arrive and how much will shipping cost?
    You will be able to see the estimated arrival date for your order during the checkout process. For more information on delivery and to see shipping charges to your destination, please view our shipping information page.

    When I make a return, will I be refunded the full value of my order?
    If you follow our return policy and it is still within the credit period you will be refunded the full value minus the original shipping and return shipping cost.

    How long will it take for my refund to come through?
    Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. See our Refunds section for more information.

    Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.

    How can I retrieve a lost password?
    To re-set a forgotten password simply click “Sign In” at the upper right-hand corner of your browser window, then click “Forgot your password” link right next to the sign in tab.
