Return Policy

    You may return defective merchandise within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. See below for additional information regarding our return policy.

    • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date your order was received.
    • Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected.
    • All product must be returned unaltered, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
    • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept COD.
    • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
    • Items returned for any reason other than damages due to defects in workmanship shall be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee.

    How to return a product

    Please return using a traceable and insured carrier such as Fedex or UPS. Please make sure to insure the package as Brandimport.com will not be responsible for lost packages. All returns must have an RMA number clearly written on the outer box or the item will be rejected.

    Refunds

    Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment

    All refunds made within our return policy window will be for the full dollar amount of your purchase minus shipping charges and/or re-stocking fee.

    Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1 billing cycle after your return has processed for the credit to post to your account.


    Return Exceptions

    • All returns must be made within the time period specified in our return policy and in new and undamaged condition.
    • Since our product is handmade and delicate, caution must be made in handling these products. For objects made of metal such as earrings, bracelets, bangles, etc, applying too much pressure will bend and damage the products. Brandimport.com will only accept returns due to defects in workmanship and shall not be responsible for damages due to customer’s actions.
